FYSA Course Attendance Policy: In order to earn a license, a coach must attend the entire course and pass the exams. In the event a coach misses part of a course, it is the responsibility of that coach to attend the missed segment at another course in order to attain a license.

Application Process: Coaches attending this course must have an email address in order to receive a confirmation and course materials by attachment in advance of the course.  The application and payment of $200.00 must be mailed to the FYSA office to become registered in the course.
