Contact FYSA affiliates to seek their votes
for an election
If you are interested in running for an elected position within FYSA, and wish to contact FYSA affiliates, you have the following options through FYSA:
 
1.  Send a document to all FYSA affiliates.  Submit one page (one side only) to the FYSA office no later than July 1 of each year, and your document will be mailed to FYSA affiliates with the July affiliate mail (invoices, statements, vote counts and other important information).  The cost for this option is $30 which covers printing, labor, and extra postage costs.  The document you wish to distribute must be one page or less, black and white only.  If you wish to use colored paper or color printing, 300 copies of your document must be received in the FYSA office no later that July 1.
 
2.  Mail a document to FYSA affiliates separate from the FYSA mailing.  Submit one page (one side only) to the FYSA office no later than July 1 of each year, and your document will be mailed to FYSA affiliates and the FYSA office will address and mail your document.  The cost for this option is $500, which covers printing, labor, and postage costs.  The document you wish to distribute must be one page or less, black and white only.  If you wish to use colored paper or color printing, 300 copies of your document must be received in the FYSA office no later that July 1.
 
3.  Mail to FYSA affiliates on your own.  Send whatever you want to FYSA affiliates on your own time schedule.  You can find a list of FYSA affiliate contacts and mailing addresses on the FYSA web site by clicking here (http://www.fysa.com/contacts/affiliatelist/index_E.html).  There is no cost for this option.
 
4.  Send e-mail to the FYSA Board of Directors.  You can contact the FYSA Board of Directors at any time through he e-mail addresses on the FYSA web site (http://www.fysa.com/contacts/boardofdirectors/index_E.html).  There is no cost for this option.
 
Please note that these guidelines apply only to positions elected at the FYSA AGM.  District Commissioner elections are held by the Regional Vice President at a time and place determined within the Region.
