The 2009-2010 online affiliation renewal form will be available on June 1^st for all current affiliates.  This form can only be accessed and completed by the affiliate’s current Agent of Record. This form must be submitted by September 1, 2009, or before any registrations for 2009-2010 will be accepted or processed. All secure site access will be denied after September 1^st unless the affiliation form is updated.
