The Florida United Girls Soccer Association (FLUGSA) is a league dedicated to the development of Girls Soccer. The league plays under the auspices of FYSA and is governed by FYSA rules and the leagues own by-laws. We offer several levels of competition: State Divisions (State Cup Qualified teams U 13-U 18); Early Season (for High School age girls teams, U15-18) and Regular Season (U9-U14).  Teams come from all over the state to play in our league. The Early and Regular seasons have teams ranging Port St. Lucie to the north, Homestead to the South, and Cape Coral to the West.  Founded in 1982, the league operates year round. State Division and Early Season play for U15-18 teams begins in August and ends in October prior to the start of High School soccer.  The regular season, State Divisions U 13 & 14 plus regular season for ages U9-U14, starts in early November. There is a placement jamboree for U-9's- 12's in Mid-October. The league has adopted an "academy style" of play for U 9's & 10's where player development is encouraged and no scores/standings are kept. There will playoffs for U 11-14.
