IMPORTANT NOTE:  To access these pages, you must be registered with FYSA for the current season and have completed an FYSA coach/volunteer application form.

• Coaches registered with FYSA will have access to information on their team rosters.
• Club/League Representatives who are listed on their Club’s/League’s Affiliation form will have access to information for all teams that are registered to their club/league (as indicated on the registration forms submitted for each team).

• Coaches Registration Forms cannot be faxed into the State Office; they must be mailed to the State Office as original signatures are required.
