Downloaded Passes And Out-Of-State Travel

With the advent of local affiliate printing of passes, instead of passes being printed by the FYSA office, there have been some questions raised regarding the acceptance of these passes at out-of-state events. When the FYSA office receives travel notifications, the office contacts the event directors and advises them that FYSA affiliates have locally printed USYS passes and confirms acceptance of those passes so that any possible issues can be resolved prior to travel.

Atlanta Cup has confined that FYSA locally printed USYS passes are acceptable, as long as they are accompanied by a computer-generated roster downloaded from the FYSA website along with appropriate guest player forms attached.  Therefore, as far as Atlanta Cup is concerned,  there is no need for any Florida team to request the FYSA office print passes.
