Region III Inter-Regional Travel Notification
As the rules have changed we now require that all travel within Region III has to be documented and the Region III Inter-Regional Travel Notification form must be filled out and submitted to the State Office as your form of notification. We are no-longer accepting e-mail as a form of notification when traveling. It is located in the Secure Section of our web site to be accessed by the Club Registrar's.
Downloaded Passes And Out-Of-State Travel
With the advent of local affiliate printing of passes, instead of passes being printed by the FYSA office, there have been some questions raised regarding the acceptance of these passes at out-of-state events.
FYSA Invitational Tournaments
Note to all Tournament Directors
All FYSA sanctioned tournament MUST follow FYSA's disciplinary guidelines as outlined in FYSA Rules Section 502--Failure to do so may subject the sponsoring affiliate to a fine in the amount of $1000.00. Tournament Red Card Reports must contain enough detail in order that Review and Discipline can insure compliance.

It has been reported to FYSA from several different sources that the following company has come to Florida and atended tournaments, taken funds from teams and not delivered the products. They have refused all contact and not refunded or supplied products.
