The second annual TOPS Festival occurred on December 11, 2022, with the support of the Tampa Bay Rowdies and the FYSA TOPS Committee. One-day events like this are an exciting opportunity that features training, games, and entertainment for all involved.

This year's event saw continued success with participation from athletes all over the state and a seventy-five percent (75%) increase in the number of buddies and volunteers from year one.

The TOPS Festival aims to expand the public's knowledge of TOPS programs around the state and encourage interested athletes to participate in this fun and inclusive event.

The first TOPS event held by a US Youth Soccer state association was by Pennsylvania West in 1992 with their one-day TOPS Jamboree. FYSA is overjoyed to continue hosting TOPS events thirty (30) years later. FYSA strives to make a positive impact through programs and events that encourage soccer to be available to all state youth players.

The longevity of programs like TOPSoccer further proves the need and importance of inclusive programming at the individual state and local levels.
