FLORIDA YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION AND THE SOCCER PARENTING ASSOCIATION PARTNER TO IMPROVE SIDELINE BEHAVIOR AND PROVIDE EDUCATION AND GUIDANCE TO YOUTH SOCCER CLUBS AND PARENTS

AUBURNDALE, Florida (October 5, 2021)-- Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) and the Soccer Parenting Association are officially announcing a partnership to improve youth soccer in Florida by providing parents and clubs with complimentary and discounted access to the SoccerParentResourceCenter.com – a youth soccer parent and coach education platform.  Additionally, FYSA is joining as a Sideline Project Partner (TheSidelineProject.com), and will encourage all parents, coaches, referees, spectators, and caregivers to join The Sideline Project movement and take The Sideline Project Pledge.

The Soccer Parenting Association seeks to improve the experience and development of youth soccer players by improving sideline behavior and engaging, supporting and educating youth soccer parents and coaches.

“FYSA is thrilled to partner with Skye Eddy and the Soccer Parenting Association on such an important endeavor in the soccer community!” said Joel Dragan, Executive Director. “We feel the resources and materials available to our membership will have a tremendous positive impact on soccer in Florida! Embracing the concepts and philosophies of the Soccer Parenting Association WILL create a better environment for youth soccer player of Florida to thrive. “

Providing a positive youth sporting experience where all children feel inspired, develop important life skills, and establish healthy habits they will take with them for life must be a top priority for all youth sport organizations.
