US Soccer Club Technical Leadership Pathway Course Overview
What are Club Technical Leaders?
Club Technical Leaders (CTLs) are individuals responsible for the comprehensive management of the youth player development experience within soccer clubs. These leaders are often referred to as “youth soccer experts” due to their role in designing, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting all aspects of youth soccer programs. CTLs collaborate closely with coaches and administrative leaders to ensure the club’s mission, purpose, vision, and culture are effectively communicated and embodied throughout all activities.
Purpose of the Pathway
