Presidents Cup

April 21, 2020 - Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) has decided to suspend all state-level related competitions and programs until May 15, 2020 due to the coronavirus (COVID-19)We will be reevaluating conditions on May 5th, 2020, to determine if it’s appropriate to reinstate FYSA activities earlier or to extend the suspension. Further communication shall be provided in the coming days. Updated information will be posted here.

The Florida Presidents Cup, proudly sponsored by Publix, is designed for those teams seeking additional challenges to play against teams of similar abilities for a national title. The cup provides a progressive, competitive experience to teams that might not otherwise get the opportunity to participate in a series of unique experiences highlighting competition, camaraderie and community from the state to regional to national levels of US Youth Soccer.

General Information:

- Tournament Fee: $850 starting 2020/2021 Season.
- E license coaching requirement.
- State office coordinates all schedules for the Florida Presidents Cup.
- One game per day.
- Competition played statewide.
- Finals played at the Lake Myrtle Sports Park in Auburndale.
- Winners move onto Southern Presidents Cup.
- Winners of Southern Presidents Cup advance onto National Presidents Cup.

2020 Presidents Cup - Kelly Road Ft. Myers Hotel Information

Our FYSA organization has teamed up with a local non-profit, Lee County Sports Housing, to offer discounted hotel accommodations for this event. A team of local reservation specialists will share their knowledge of each property’s amenities; also the best beaches, attractions, shopping, and restaurants.
