In accordance with the motion passed at the 2023 FYSA AGM, the FYSA Rules and Revisions Committee has prepared a revision of the FYSA Bylaws (impacting the rules) with the assistance of a professional parliamentarian. The revised bylaws will be considered for adoption by the membership at the 2024 AGM (August 4, 2024).
The FYSA Rules and Revisions Committee is proud to present the proposed revision and accompanying supporting documentation. This represents hours of volunteer time and tireless efforts.
Motion – The membership authorizes a revision of the FYSA Bylaws and Rules to be prepared by a contracted Parliamentarian at a cost not to exceed $15,000 and that the revision be presented to the membership at the 2024 AGM.
