FL Soccer SRC Inc. oversees the administration of the United States Soccer Federation Referee Program within the State of Florida. They are responsible for the development of the appropriate procedures and policies for the certification and oversight of Florida referees, instructors, assessors and assignors. Supplemental Reports must be sent to the appropriate league/tournament representative. Here are the links to submit supplemental reports for FYSA-administered state-level cups and leagues, as well as FYSA-sanctioned competitive leagues:
