Florida Youth Soccer Association and the Florida State Soccer Association under the United State Soccer Federation are jointly responsible for the appointment of the State Referee Administrator (SRA) and State Youth Referee Administrator (SYRA) which will become open on December 31st, 2013.
By Federation Policy the appointment of the State Referee Administrator (SRA) and State Youth Referee Administrator (SYRA) shall be for a two year term which will start on January 1st 2014
FSSA and FYSA will be accepting resumes from prospective candidates until October 18, 2013.
The Presidents of FSSA and FYSA will then jointly recommend to the referee oversight committee for approval of Florida’s SRA/SYRA.

Requirement for the position of SRA/SYRA
Must comply with all provisions of Federation Policy 531-1 Section 4 (b) (c). In absence of a "State Referee Committee" it will be the responsibility of the SRA/SYRA to ensure compliance.
The SRA/SYRA shall prepare a quarterly report and attend each scheduled EC and or BOD meeting of FYSA and FSSA.
Each administrator appointed by FSR shall complete a conflict of interest disclosure and provide copies to both FYSA and FSSA.
Shall provide to FYSA and FSSA a copy of the 990 or other tax returns within 30 days of filing. If an extension for filing is granted FSR must notify FYSA and FSSA of the extension.
Shall provide evidence as to annual registration of FSR with the State of Florida.
Failure to comply may result in the removal of the SRA/SYRA by FYSA and FSSA, subject to due process.
