The purpose of our rules is to develop and implement a statewide youth soccer program through education and training, to provide administration and to assist and provide oversight in the development of clubs and leagues that have affiliated with FYSA. Amendment proposals can be submitted for the FYSA Rules and Bylaws. All amendments must be submitted 90 days prior to the upcoming AGM in order to be voted on by the membership at the AGM. The deadline for submitting proposed changes for the 2024/2025 season is May 6, 2024. Bylaw and Rule amendments will be accepted via the online submission form linked to the button below or via direct email of this completed PDF document to info@fysa.com.
