Florida Represents on ODP National Select Teams
Florida’s top youth soccer talent was well represented on the ODP National Select Teams, with at least one player from the state earning a spot in each age group. The Olympic Development Program (ODP) is designed to identify high-potential players and provide them with opportunities to showcase their skills at the highest levels, and Florida athletes proved they are among the best in the country.
Florida’s Presence Across All Age Groups
The ODP National Select Teams bring together elite players from across the United States, offering them a chance to compete in top-level events, receive advanced coaching, and gain exposure on a national stage. This year, Florida had representation in every age group, a testament to the strength of the state’s player development and commitment to excellence.
“These players have worked incredibly hard to reach this level, and their selection is a reflection of their dedication, talent, and passion for the game,” said FYSA Executive Director Joel Dragan. “We are proud to see Florida so well represented and look forward to seeing them continue to grow and succeed.”
